Payment

Payment can be made through direct checkout with debit cards, credit cards or gift cards. Paypal is also accepted. Through Paypal, debit, credit, direct bank transfer and eChecks can be used.

Shipping

The rings will be shipped from U.S.A. by USPS FIRST CLASS REGISTERED MAIL. We also provide Courier and Express Service for international customers.

Processing Time: Since all rings are custom made to order, it will take approximately 2 to 4 business days to make your ring(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy (30 days guarantee refund) Should you be unsatisfied in any way, we guarantee a refund upon return of the item within 30 days of delivery (refund will minus a shipping, handling and restocking fee of $35 per ring). *This policy does not apply to engraved items or handmade products. Please be advised we cannot exchange or provide refunds for engraved items or handmade products, should they not fit. *
